Custom software and AI systems, straight from an AI agent factory — working prototype in three weeks.

PAB is an AI-run software production line: teams of agents write, review and test code around the clock, overseen by senior engineers. We sign a fixed scope and hand you a working prototype in 21 days — at a price and date you know before work starts.

What you get when you order a prototype

Every delivery comes with machine-recorded test evidence — one proof for every acceptance criterion you signed.

01

A running prototype

The agreed scope of work, live in a dedicated environment — yours to use from day 21.

02

An evidence pack

Recorded by the QA agents as they test: what ran, on what, with what result — for each acceptance criterion.

03

A full handover

Credentials, admin panel, documentation and deployment notes — everything you need to own the system.

04

A binding production quote

A fixed price and date for taking the prototype to production — if you decide to go ahead. The quote binds us, not you.

How the AI agent factory works

This isn't one chatbot writing code. It's a production multi-agent system built on current orchestration patterns: specialized agents check each other's work — so no single model's mistake can ever reach you.

01

A decision loop, not a script.

The line runs a continuous OODA cycle: observe, orient, decide, act. It watches every build signal, re-plans against your acceptance criteria and moves in small, reviewed steps.

02

Specialized agents, in parallel.

Work is split between agents with narrow jobs: building, reviewing, testing, documenting. A shared event backbone keeps them coordinated, so the project moves forward around the clock.

03

Reviewers whose only job is to find flaws.

Every change goes to an independent AI reviewer with a single task: find what's wrong with it. Review rounds continue until there's nothing new to flag.

04

QA that tests for real.

Test agents use the running system: real requests, real user flows. Every step leaves evidence — logs, traces, screenshots.

05

A code map before every change.

The system keeps a live map of the codebase — dependencies and impact radius — so every change is made knowing exactly what it touches.

Three rules are built into the line — not written into a policy

No documentation, no build.

The agents build only from a signed specification: scope (what's in and — explicitly — what's out), acceptance criteria per stage, data access, target environment. If it can't be written down, it isn't ready to be built.

A human signs off every release.

AI builds and checks; senior engineers decide. Nothing reaches you without a human signature.

The line never touches your production environment.

Agents work in an isolated environment, separate for every client. Deploying to your infrastructure is a scheduled step a human performs.

Three weeks to a prototype — day by day

  1. Days 1–3Scope

Kickoff and specification. Together we write the full document base — scope, acceptance criteria, data access, target environment — and you sign it. That's the agents' contract: without it, the line doesn't start.

  2. Days 4–9Build

The line starts: isolated environment up, build cycles running in parallel, every change machine-reviewed, QA testing the live system, integrations wired to your systems.

  3. Day 10Checkpoint

First review: you see the system running. Course corrections are free at this stage.

  4. Days 11–16Build

Your feedback goes into the agents' plan. Edge cases and failure paths come in. By day 16 the system meets every criterion.

  5. Days 17–19Proof

We harden the system and run a full QA pass, recording evidence step by step. Then a senior engineer signs off — the human gate.

  6. Days 20–21Delivery

You accept the system criterion by criterion, evidence pack in hand. Then handover — and a binding quote for the production version.

The date you sign is the date you get. The agents don't sleep, don't jump between projects and don't take other clients' calls — that's where the three weeks come from. Bigger scopes get a longer schedule at the quote stage, with the same date guarantee.

What we build — sample projects with a guaranteed build time

Healthcare3 weeks

Document intelligence for a regional hospital, running fully offline, on site: topic-scoped knowledge libraries, cited answers, compliance validation.

Nothing leaves the building: everything runs on the client's hardware.

Back office2 weeks

Automated document intake: invoices, contracts and applications get scanned, read, validated and routed into your systems. A human checks only what the AI isn't sure about.

Knowledge2 weeks

A company knowledge engine: cited AI answers built on your documents, policies and procedures, scoped per department. Can run entirely on your servers.

Operations2 weeks

A customer assistant wired straight into your back-office systems: registration, balances and account actions, plus cited answers. Integrated with licensing, invoicing and referrals.

Sales2 weeks

Automated customer follow-through: leads scored and enriched, replies written in your tone, CRM always current. The moment buying intent shows, a human takes over.

Finance2 weeks

A finance back office on autopilot: incoming invoices matched to payments, reminders sent on schedule, expenses categorized — and a month-end checklist that fills itself in.

Hiring / HR2 weeks

A candidate screening assistant: reads applications, scores them against your criteria, summarizes each candidate's profile and hands you a shortlist with reasons a human can verify.

Conversations2 weeks

Call and meeting intelligence: recordings transcribed, summarized and turned into tasks and CRM entries. Plus a searchable archive with citations.

Communities2 weeks

Community operations for Telegram and Discord: onboarding, moderation, announcements and engagement analytics — all run by one AI assistant.

Mobile care3 weeks

A mobile platform for supported conversations: an intelligent AI mediator between a person seeking help and their supporter, with safety guardrails built in.

Data / Reporting3 weeks

A live operations dashboard: KPIs streaming from your systems in real time, anomaly alerts, and management reports that write themselves.

Just a selection — the line isn't tied to any industry: same agents, different domain. If your case isn't here, we quote it the same way: call → audit → fixed quote.

Standing terms

  1. 01

Documentation first, then the build. Every order starts with a signed specification: scope, per-stage acceptance criteria, data access, target environment. Until you sign it, the build doesn't start — and the clock doesn't run.

  2. 02

A fixed quote first. A binding price and date for every stage — before the build begins. No hourly billing, no creeping scope.

  3. 03

Acceptance, item by item. You accept against the criteria you signed — one by one. Every stage includes two revision rounds.

  4. 04

Your data, isolated. Every client gets a separate environment; data never mixes with anyone else's. We get access for the project and hand it back at close. Your data never trains any model.

  5. 05

Your production environment stays yours. The AI line has no access to your production environment. Deployment is done by a human, on a date agreed with you.

  6. 06

Evidence, not assurances. Every delivery includes machine-recorded test evidence, mapped to your acceptance criteria.

  7. 07

Warranty. 30 days on every delivered stage — defects reported in that window are fixed free of charge.

How we start — and what it costs

You only pay for the audit and the build: the intake call and the quote are free, the audit has a fixed price from a tiered list (the tier depends on company size), and the build follows a binding quote you know before work starts.

  1. 01free

    Call

10 minutes — a form or a call: your systems, your processes, what hurts.

  2. 02fixed price by company size

    Audit

An AI-assisted analysis of your business: agents map where AI pays off first, a senior engineer sets priorities and signs the report. You pay a fixed amount from the price list — the tier depends on company size — and the report is yours to keep whatever you decide next.

  3. 03free

    Quote

A binding fixed quote for the chosen prototype: scope, acceptance criteria, price, date. Until the quote, you take on no commitment.

  4. 04per quote

    Build

Three weeks, following the schedule above.
