Company

An organization built around the line — not the other way round

Most software companies are teams trying to hold a process together. We went the opposite way: we built a production line that holds the discipline by itself — and put people where they're irreplaceable: at the decisions.

Where the factory came from

PAB was founded by senior engineers who spent years building and running production systems — and got tired of software quality depending on who happened to have a good day. The answer wasn't another process document. It was infrastructure: a line where discipline is enforced by machines.

Over the years that line grew: agent orchestration, adversarial review, QA that records evidence, a code map before every change. Today that's dozens of delivered systems across a dozen industries — from healthcare to finance — built at a pace no human team can sustain.

The side effect turned out to be the point: because the line works around the clock and knows no turnover, we can sign fixed prices and dates — and keep them. That's not commercial bravado. That's the physics of our production.

The principles we run on

01

Evidence, not promises

Every "it works" has a recorded proof behind it. Internally we hold ourselves to account the same way we do with clients — on artifacts, not declarations.

02

Process over heroics

We don't save projects with all-nighters — we build so that all-nighters aren't needed. The line's discipline is boring. Boring delivers.

03

Discretion by default

We work on companies' insides: documents, finances, processes. We don't show off logos — we show off the fact that nobody has to wonder where their data is.

04

The client owns everything

Code, data, documentation and infrastructure are yours. We make money building — not creating dependence.

05

A human at every gate

AI builds and checks; humans decide. Senior engineers sign every release — by name.

06

Small steps, always forward

The line moves in small, verified steps — which is why we never lose a week: we never bet a week at a time.

How production is organized

Three layers: engineering oversight, the agent line, and the delivery layer. Each has hard boundaries — and none can bypass the others.

Humans above and below — the line in between

Where we work. We're a Warsaw-based company working with clients across Poland and the European Union — in Polish, English and German. The production line is remote by nature; sensitive systems are built to run entirely inside the client's infrastructure, wherever that infrastructure lives.
